Childcare Reservation Request Form

Please fill in any hours that you wish to reserve for your child in babysitting. This is a reservation request. Although we will do our best to give you the hours you have requested we do not guarantee that these hours are available.

You must pay for your child's time at least 30 minutes beforehand. Each hour long block costs $8. You must pay for you childcare beforehand. Please note that credit card payments must be made at registration, which will take longer. Due to time constraints, we cannot accept payment before the convention.

Each block opens for children at 5 minutes before the hour. Your children must be picked up no later than 5 minutes after the block ends. Children left after the block closes will incur a charge of $35 per hour per child.

Children who use childcare must have a Millennium Philcon membership. This can be either a full membership or a child memembership. Kids-in-tow cannot be placed in Childcare.
