New Boston in 2004 wins Site Selection. Noreascon Four will be the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention, September 2-6, 2004.
The Millennium Philcon will be administrating the site selection of the 62nd World Science Fiction Convention. The following sites have filed documents to appear on the ballot:

The deadline for mailing site-selection ballots has passed. You may still vote at-con until 6 pm, Saturday, September 1, 2001; or give your completed ballot and voting fee to a friend to hand in for you.
There is a .pdf ballot online which you can print. In addition, we have provided a html/ascii formatted ballot. You need to select and print both side 1 and side 2 and possibly narrow your margins to print the entire text.
